It's a great skit.
Then I saw that you didn't make it.
But still, i've definitely seen worse lip synching on higher rated flashes...
and some of the ideas were cute, maybe not all, but still.
It's not great.
But not bad enough to be blammed.
Giving it a 5 to be saved.

that was...SO CUTE! ^w^ loved it! Kinda ruined it while I was glancing at the edit...course I looked up and skimmed the "eagles may soar..." part. But it was still realllly cute :D (really liked the weasel ^^) good gob!

Pros: nice Artwork, and even though you used real photos for the backgrounds, the artwork fit in pretty well.
Cons: The animation wasn't the best, some of the porportions were wrong, (you probably already heard this) but the lip synching is off, the timing wasn't great (the pauses between speaking were too long) and...this is available for all audiences? It isn't bad...but...all audiences?
