Maybe it's just because of personal choice. But i'd prefer it acoustic, or just with more focus on the music. but besides that. I think it's cute and sweet, maybe if you gave us the lyrics we'd see why it's a lover's song...but I can't tell what they're saying >.< but aside from that the song it's nice

And I think it's a really good improvement...especially since I favor that little melody that you had going between the beats... Also...when I first saw "DRUMS" when I was listening to the beginning piano part...I was shocked and prepared for the worst...but then that soft little drum part came up and I loved it ^^ cept, isn't it a tad too loud for it's simplicity? then again, now that i'm concentrating on the piano...maybe you should toss in that melody you had going before instead of beats again...but maybe it's just because I liked that little melody...maybe ^^
I would've given this a 9.5/10...but since it won't work, i'll just give you a 10...for the people who didn't listen to the first part before this one.

I must admit...I've never really heard the sax before...
But it's so pretty!
When it ended I felt myself actually droop a bit...
Then I noticed that it was over 3 minutes...but I still had to wait for that next sax segment ^^
I loved the Sax/pan duet :D
(sorry about the choppiness of the review, i'm writing as I listen)
*gasp* what's that instrument at 3:50? 0.o It's pretty too...*torn*
=/ this piece makes me wish I was in band instead of orchestra...
Shoot...now i'm going to have to listen to all of your pieces >.< I guess it'll be worth it....if all your pieces are as good as this one ;)

I usually put visual images when I listen to songs on newgrounds...
But for this one...It was the kind...that you just close your eyes and listen.
As weird as it might sound..I cried a little, involuntarily.
I think, it brought a kind of awe and fear from me...
This may be just me, or was it that the strings overpowered the piano a bit too much in the end?
Well, now that I think about it. This slightly reminds me of some music from a could of Hayao Miyazaki's movies...I don't know the name of the composer, but maybe you'd listen sometime in the future...
Just add an orchestra in the background, and I think that it could pass as some of their works.
I like it a lot...thank you.

it sent a chill down my back.
made me think...of a pit. almost like you're walking with your friends, and then you suddenly fall...and you never stop, you age in there, still falling..dying...never seeing anything again. Like death. Which can come so suddenly...This song is simple and strong, but...maybe you might want to extend this, because I felt like there should've been a climax somewhere with a strong intro. But this would make an excellent beginning to a song. The end with the triple notes was a tad too sudden for my taste..The song was really nice...but too scary ^^
